Takealot *****ing loyal customers money

Absolutely disgusted, I have been buying from them for so long and then their standards just dropped! I ordered 4 bags of Whey protein and received 2 buckets of playdough? The previous time I ordered pre workout and was sent the wrong one! It also arrived 2 weeks late. They do not , I repeat DO NOT care about their customers, they inly refunded me half of the money and I have to beg them to pay me back where I am left with no response? Does that sound like good customer service?
