TAKEALOT *****ING FROM CUSTOMERS

I ordered something from Takealot, I collected my parcel but when I open it the items inside were correct, but the quantity was not what I ordered and paid for.

There were supposed to be 12 but I received only 6 and did try to contact Takea lot but no respond
