Takealot inflation, lies and questionable charity donation beneficiary..

Dont use takealot during black Friday.. I waited months to buy a gaming laptop that spent a lot of money on, bought extra ram and a mouse. I got almost R4000 off and played AND THEN IT BEGAN... I firstly was informed that it would take 5 - 7 working days, that was ok with me, but then the day of delivery came and nothing.. the next day I called and they had an issue with the ram.. the Ram was R800 off alone, good deal!? I waited 21 days and still nothing and then suddenly I was informed that my ram was not available from the supplier and they canceled it or I could pay the R800 difference and repurchase it (from the same supplier) but they said it wasnt available? Then I finally recieved my Asus gaming laptop, I plugged it in and so on and then proceeded to set it up.. it crashed after 10 minutes and was dead! I logged a complaint and it was collected.. a few days later I get a call for the password and they then inform me that they laptop is unfixable and I can purchase a new one.. It was the first time in my life I had ever purchased something so expensive and so nice for myself! Takealot ruined black friday for me, cost me the extra R800 for the ram (that I returned when it arrived due to the laptop having being returned already) so basically i never got my free delivery, I never got my banking feed back and takealot *****ed me over proper!!! They also inflate there prices, and like about the specs of products. If you dont believe me you can go look at the hisense freezer with a A+ rating but when you buy it its B and that's a big difference! Again takealot denied any wrong doing! Takealot also ask for a R2 donation or R5 or whatever it is, I contacted the charity that it's going to, no response and no new information past 2014.. no response from takealot Aston what's actually happened in with that money either!
