TAKEALOT - INFERIOR PRODUCTS

I bought a base, end of January for my new flat. In the 24th we moved and opened the bed ... it was broken wood, no *****s, no connectors, no diagram.. nothing... it was like they put a returned package together and re-sold it... When we returned it they refused to give us a refund .. stating that we returned it as UNWANTED... what utter *******... I have bought from Takealot for years.. the last 2 purchases were all broken when delivered and they refuse to refund or replace I will NEVER support them again.
