Takealot Infant Rocking Chair

I ordered an infant rocking chair from Takealot, the Takealot app shows it was delivered on 27/11/2025 yet I never received it, it says it was signed for by “customer”. Who is customer because I’m not customer I never signed for anything.

I reached out to Takealot to inform them the very same day, up until today nothing has been resolved they have now stopped responding to emails as well. I want my money back because the item I purchased was close to R500 and I refuse to just give away R500.
