TAKEALOT INCORRECT ORDER - ***

i placed an order for a media box, and it arrived the next day only to find that the incorrect product was provided. i have queried this with takealot, the device provided serves the same purpose / function but there was a price difference of R 500,00. I told them that i am willing to keep the device they gave me and if i could get a credit or voucher of the difference in amount so that i could purchase something else online to easily resolve the matter i was met with a certain attitude and was told that this isnt possible and that i would have to return the device completely. no explanations provided, no alternative solutions and after pleading with them on how to resolve i was met with a cold response of this is their process. Companies should have some sort of flexibility especially when mistakes were made on their side
