Takealot incorrect item delivery
Takealot the worst service, Takes 1 day to deliver items incorrect when log return it takes 4 days to collect plus another 3 days to get to they warehouse and God knows how long for correct item to be delivered back to you. Bad service and not so sure if i and to use them again. Amazon much better alway next day delivery and FREE on charge. Not first time Takealot delivering incorrect items. Takealot wake up and get your eyes on the ball and stop wasting customer time. Fabio ***

03 Oct 2025, 11:34Takealot do the people you have working not know the difference between Grey and Green. How can the same order be delivered incorrect twice i asked for Grey and i keep getting Green. Can i just get a refund.
