Takealot - Incorrect item delivered 21 days no resolution!!!

On the 27 October 2021, I logged a return for 2 x items I never received. The item I received was incorrect. I called a number of times, sent so many emails, No resolution!!! The agents say they waiting for feedback! This is pathetic customer service. It cant take 21 days for a resolution. This is frustrating.
