Takealot inconvenience

Ordered 3-set piece luggage set only to receive one bag and I have a trip planned for Saturday with 4-kids, according to Takealot my only option is to return the item but then what about my trip plans because I won’t receive refund straight away to get something.

This is totally unacceptable especially after I waited 2weeks for the bags.
