Takealot - Incomplete tv stand - missing shelf

I bought a tv stand at Takealot which has a missing shelf - i have been talking to them for 2 weeks now to return the product and exhange but they keep saying they are coming but never showing. Always sending smses which to number or email to call and still not showing up. They never call yet they were able to call when initially delivery the product. I have been sendin emails back and forth talking to Edwina but no luck. I a really disappointed with their service. I regret buying from them.
