Takealot Incomplete Delivery

I have purchased a rocking chair from takealot.com. They delivered the chair incomplete, I notified them immediately of the incomplete product. They say they are investigating the matter, but after two weeks NOTHING has been done. I tried calling them numerous times and via email, but with no result. This product was purchased for a specific reason and time line, but their after sales is absolutely NON existent.
