Takealot incomplete deliveries

I ordered the SAICA Student Handbook 2020/2021 vol.1A, B1 & 2 (set) from takealot on the 6th of January, on the 11th of Jan I got my delivery with the disappointment that only one book from the Set was delivered. We indicated on the 12th that it was incomplete, a credit refund was given after 7 days.

I then "reordered" the books on the 19th hoping that it would be complete, with complete dissatisfaction only one book was delivered again on the 21st. (This time a different one from the volume.)

The book is to be returned again, and I will have to wait another 7 days for my refund. This is unacceptable. Takealot has wasted valuable study time.
