Takealot *********** bunch

This company is dispointing and ***********. I have order one item returned twice due to missing product and the same missing products. They have the guts to give poor customer service that I must wait for 3 days for the return to be at their warehouse no tracking information. Another 3 days to assess the product is nonsense then again I have to wait for more days to get my refund in my bank account is unacceptable. Do your jobs and be as quick as you are when we spend our money and purchase. I want my money in my bank account by the end of this week.
