Takealot incompetence!

I ordered a TV Unit on the 3 July 2024, takealot communicated that the delivery was scheduled for 5 July 2024. I waited all day on the 5th, no delivery. Then I queried this, takealot then rescheduled the delivery for Monday 7 July 2024, and I took off from work again, but no delivery was made yet again. I queried and Takealot then rescheduled the delivery for Tuesday 8th July 2024, again I waited all day but no delivery was made. I queried this again and yet again, Takealot rescheduled the delivery for Wednesday 9th July. I was home yet again and received nothing. However, now Takealot displays on the order that it was delivered on 9th July but no one delivered anything to me. I’ve queried this and Takealot responded that the query has been handed over but no one has gotten back to me! It’s so frustrating because Takealot doesn’t have a contact number and there query logging is absolutely ridiculous with no response or feedback. Even if you rate them negatively, no one responds. Fed up. Where is my order Takealot? It’s a lot of money and I’d like to know where the order is please?
