Takealot incompetence and useless administration

I have ordered good from Takealot (Order nr: ***5 on 19 Oct 2019) well in advance of our upcoming holidays. The parcel was delivered on 29 October 2019 according to their records but not to me or my address. No delivery or confirmation message. Somebody (just a name) signed for it with a bogus contact nr.

Since that date Takealot and Fast and Furious logistics company is passing blame and is still investigating. No answer from either. I have demanded to be refunded without any reaction. We are leaving on Friday without my goods or a refund and no reaction from the company.

I will never make use of Takealot again and will recommend to everybody never to use them for anything.
