Takealot incompetence and bad service

I purchased 5 item from Takealot. Well over a few thousand rand.

Of the 5 items, four of them was wrong.

One of them was actually opened for I received it compromising its freshness. I could use it.

Another item was completely wrong, Instead of the endurance protein I ordered I received weird gels.

Another item was on item was suppose to me a set of 3 things. This did not arrive but some other product I didn’t order.

Not mention, I then needed to take these things back. Which was a nightmare.

All Takealot did was give me a refund.

I’m sorry but that is not enough. I voucher saying sorry for the inconvenience is how take responsibility for your mistakes and keep loyal customers. I will not be using Takealot going forward!!
