Takealot incompetence

I am very disillusioned and disappointed with Takealot. Their level of service is non-existent.

I ordered a blow up bed. I was advised delivery would be by 19 December. I was then advised that it had been sent to the wrong centre and would be delayed. I rep**** that either it must be delivered in Durban by 22 December or in Johannesburg by 24 December. Instead it was sent to Durban on 23 December after I had left. I canceled it and ordered a folding camp bed and paid for next day delivery. (My refund for the wrong delivery does not include the delivery fee!)

When I opened the box what was delivered was not a bed but a collapsible crib!! I then had to arrange to return it. This level of incompetence is unacceptable and I will be reluctant ever to use Takealot again
