Takealot incompetence!

I ordered goods on the blue dot sale to try and avoid the x-mas shopping rush, firstly my order was delayed and when it finally arrived there were two items in the box that were not mine. I did a return and they collected and delivered my one missing item however the other missing item has still not shipped since the order was paid on the 24th of November. It is literally four days before X-mas and I still don't have one of my gifts.

It is very frustrating that there is no call centre or query email where you can get your issue sorted out, the help page does not cover missing shipments and you cannot track it until it ships!

Very very poor service, instead of making it "easier" to shop online there are more issues and this is unacceptable!

Takealot I need answers!!
