Takealot incompetence

The level of incompetence is astounding. I purchased cat food in sachets which had gone off before it arrived... I opened 3 of the 36. I returned the rest... Now two weeks later they are still telling me I've failed to return the missing sachets. How many times are we going to email, call, escalate. Nothing nothing gets resolved!!! How would I know if the cat food has gone off if I don't open it? I'm not surprised they are making a massive loss!

I want the credit back... And if you want charge me for the three sachets... This is my last order from these guys... And my whole family used to use them... Well not any more!!!
