Takealot incompetence

I bought a set of skull candy ear buds. The left one stopped working so i returned the item for the same replacement. When I received the item, there was no charging cable, I had to buy my own cable to charge the device. Takealot now tells me that they can't do anything because i am short a cable! this is utter nonsense, especially considering there was no cable! I have returned the item to Takealot for the 3rd time, and they can't seem to understand, that there was no cable and there is nothing i can do about that!
