Takealot Incompetence

I ordered an inverter that was supposed to come with 3 panels, when the order arrived it only included 2 panels. Clearly not what I ordered or what I paid for. You could forgive Takealot if this was the 1st time, but this has been now the 5th time that they got it wrong. How difficult is it to read what the order is and to count 1, 2, 3 ??
