TAKEALOT INCOMPETANT

Hi, I ordered tracks for my Zodiac pool cleaner, needed it urgently so paid express delivery, When I received it there was a cell phone cover in the box, this is totally wrong, now I have to return it and wait 6 days for the replacement. How can anyone make such a mistake of such a totally different product.
