TAKEALOT- IN MY EYES NOT TRUSTWORTHY

I bought a 3 seater clip on couch, but only received the one half. when I phoned them, they said it depends on availibility, how the hell do one send our half of a product? I phoned them to remove the piece of couch from my premises and refund my money instantly, and the told me to wait. How the hell? they also refused to let me speak to a manager. Our business also supply to takealot, and I will for sure be withdrawing all our products. Not even TEMU is to pathetic.
