Takealot in efficiency and blatant disregard

I phoned today to speak to a senior person re my order and that I once again received a faulty unit.

The consultant threw the phone down in my ear as I insisted to speak to a senior!!???? Is this the type of service we must endure, Faulty items and ineffective, inefficient staff who are blatantly rude!!!!!!!
