Takealot in Denial that their system is not working

I have logged a return RRN-6bed-82b8 exchange order ***7 on the 6th December - I received a sms to say it will be delivered on the 8th.

Ever since then I received an sms EVERYDAY to say it will be delivered and then later an sms to say its delayed.

I phoned in but was told its at the wrong (Montana) facility and needs to go to Annlin - these are less that 3km apart??????

I have send emails! I called!! Takealot is in denial that their system is not working

Please just reissue a replacement order - obviously your system is not working!!!
