Takealot in Cape Town suck with delivery!

I ordered a cricut machine on takealot on black friday. The date it was supposed to be delivered was the 29th of November. Today is the 4th of December and marks the 6th day that they reschedule my order to be deliver before 5. I contacted the call centre thay don't know nothing about things going on at the cape town branch. I contacted takealot through facebook and the same empty promises.. I ask them to pick it up and the answer was simply no they can't. I am desperate to get my order, but they just don't care. This is my last time of buying at takealot.
