Takealot impressed me
I was desperately looking for a specific item a few days before I went on leave. This item is not readily available because it was for an old model phone. To my surprise, not only did I find the exact item I was looking for but it was significantly cheaper than the opposition. To top it off, the item was delivered within 2 days and after 7pm just as promised. So I had the item before I went on leave. Now this is service par excellence and needs to be recognized.
