Takealot impossible to speak to and it seems my signature was forged, as nothing was delivered.

I ordered a fridge freezer from Takalot. It was delivered on 25 Nov 2023. The deliveryman assisted me in removing the packaging. The freezer door had a bad dent on the edge. He put the freezer back in the packaging material and loaded it on the truck. I did not sign anything. He left but now the Takealot tracking app shows that the unit was delivered and I signed for delivery. I tried to phone them but I never managed to speak to anybody. It seems impossible to speak to someone once things go wrong. I am now not sure how to go about this. I think I will report Takealot for theft and forging of my signature.
