Takealot impossible to get hold of.

I placed an order on takealot page for a product that show they have stock. After i paid for the order, the product was out of stock. Now i am not sure if they forgot about my order. They making it so hard for you to get in contact with them and when you call this nr ***, you will be on that line forever. They play junk noisy music so that you give up quickly, i try this morning twice to get hold of them, fist was 30 minute’s then i cut it because no one is going to pick it up. Second time nearly went to 20 minute and also no one picks up. People do your homework when shop for things, there are store’s just around the corner that sell what you need in most cases less for what you will pay on takealot. Online shopping in SA is a joke. But i say in the long run they will pay the price for this poor service.
