Takealot im Extremely Disappointed

On the 26th of March, I placed an order for three items, expecting delivery on Friday, 28th March. That delivery never happened.

I later received an email stating that one of the items was lost in transit and that a replacement would be sent. I did receive the replacement, along with one of the other original items — but to this day, I'm STILL waiting for the third item.

I've called, emailed, and followed up multiple times, but absolutely nothing has been done. No resolution, no update, no refund — just silence.

I'm absolutely disgusted by this level of service. For a company as large as Takealot, this is completely unacceptable. I trusted takelots platform, and this experience has left me feeling incredibly frustrated and let down.
