TAKEALOT - IGNORNING my refund

absolutely TERRIBLE customer service, and they ignore you on social media - no other way to get hold of them.

Stated in their terms and conditions 21 DAYS for extended warranty items. They are now on 26 DAYS and yet to replace product or give my money back,

They reply ONCE/TWICE if you lucky on facebook ( no other way to contact them ) and they then proceed to ignore you

Will be approaching my lawyers now, as I see this as theft - I encourage everyone else to do the same. Time to stop playing games with this company and if they refuse to replace/pay back, get the law involved.
