Takealot ignoring me. Bad Takealot driver

I am disappointed at the conduct of your driver's. I was supposed to receive an order today. I heard from a neighbour that Someone driving a delivery van written fast and furious was looking for a guy named "muzi" ,there are so many muzis in the area anyone can claim my order. I am so shocked. I thought Takealot is supposed to call me with the number that I have provided for me to go outside. Now my order that is paid for is gone. You are not even answering your calls or responding to emails. Wow !!!
