Takealot ignores product reviews

I ordered a double pack of baby joy size 5 pull up pants only to receive one, I have seen so many customers complain that Baby Joy does not give the ordered packs. Clearly Baby Joy is a terrible provider, please look into them and stop ignoring reviews.
