Takealot IGNORES client’s complaint

You got to love Takealot’s “head in the sand” attitude, when their “apparent” incompetence is pointed out!!

I didn’t receive an SMS when my order was ready for collection, as is usually the case, in the past, and when emailed them with my query a Cleo.R rep**** that [quote] "note that there is no number on your recipient for us to send the SMS” [end quote]. I rep**** with a screenshot of my profile showing a Cell Number and Takealot’s response is to simply IGNORE my proof of their “apparent” incompetence!
