Takealot ignore delivery times and lie about it.
I placed an order (***) which was promised for delivery. When it wasn't delivered I was told that delivery was refused, this was shown to be a blatant lie, it had never left the couriers office.<br> <br> Now the second part of the order is in the process of being delivered, and guess what, no delivery was attempted during the agreed time. When calling the parcel tracking number I was promised someone would follow up urgently and get back to me, guess what, No one called.<br> <br>
