Takealot!!! I'd rather take nothing at all!!!

The place I worked at gave us a coupon to set up home office so basically buying a monitor any head phones earphones or earpods cables mouse keyboard etc. I returned the screen as the quality was ****py. Because I originally bought with a coupon they needed to do refund with coupon. Fine they issue coupon 2 months and 49 emails and 7 calls later of them blaming the stuff in my cart to telling me the issue is with me as the things in my cart is not supported by the conditions of the coupon. Fine I rearrange and rearrange and rearrange my cart eventually they found that the coupon. Was faulty... Sends new coupon code and guess what another million emails and almost 2 months later I still cannot use the coupon because it's not covering the items when the exact monitor I originally purchased and returned is in the cart with some head phones and earpods. My tired is tired of Takealot I'm having to deal with one *********** agent after another and I'm so sick of it. I just want to spend the coupon so that I can NEVER USE TAKEALOT AGAIN! there products as well as services are ****ty and pathetic.
