Takealot, I received too little
I am just really disappointed in the service i have received. I purchased 5 items of which i only received 1. The delivery not only short but late too as i received an sms for the day before the actual goods came. The has happened with both my previous orders. I am not happy as no one called to let me know if any of the items were not in stock because if that was the case i would have cancelled this purchase. This is highly unacceptable and i would appreciate if this matter was attended to swiftly.

29 May 2020, 13:55Still no response from anyone but a lousy email stating they will look into it not only does it show i signed for the goods when i asked the driver if he needs authentication and he said no but it also states the goods were all delivered! No one has communicated back about the missing items which was paid in full. Very pathetic customer care and i think this will be the last time i ever order from them.
