takealot human hair by VSP

I purchased hair from Takealot and didn’t install it right away. However, within seven days of installation, the hair became tangled. I attempted to restore it using curl activator and silicone, which temporarily improved its appearance, but it quickly deteriorated again after drying. I initiated a return with Takealot, and they collected the item. Three days later, I checked their website for updates since I hadn’t received any email notifications. To my surprise, I found that the return was declined after evaluation, with a note stating communication was sent to my email, which I never received. I submitted a "contact me" request, but I have yet to receive a response from Takealot.
