TAKEALOT, HOW TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I have been waiting for a parcel from the 23rd of November 2021. I pre-informed Takealot that the company they are using for courier is not communicating even though I called numerous times. Takealot did absolutely zero about it. Upon checking on the 6th December I see that they changed the package to delivered.

Clearly a ********** **** by Takealot. I have tried numerous times to explain to them that I did not receive anything and they refuse to refund me.

They keep changing the people I deal with and they all keep asking about receipt of the items. I'm not sure how many times I need to explain that I DID NOT RECEIVE IT!!!! I'm really disappointed that Takealot has decided to assist courier companies like DPD laser to de***** its customers.
