TAKEALOT HOW DARE YOU TAKE MY MONEY!

I paid R300 for goods on Takealot.com. It was supposed to be delivered today. I’ve just received an email saying that the courier was ****** and I therefore requested a refund. Only to be told that I will only receive the money back for my goods but not the delivery fee that I paid?? What nonsense is that??!! Nothing was delivered! I want all my money back TAKEALOT!
