Takealot Houdini act

Have had to return my Taurus automatic vacuum x2 and the third one has now also failed - looked it up on my Takealot acc to return and this particular purchase with return history has vanished! also nowhere a contact email address to get hold of Takealot. quick to deliver but Houdini act when you want to return a product!! Any email contact details for them will be appreciated.
