Takealot horrible services - my first and last time using them

I made an order on Takealot - apparently they said it was delivered but recipient was unavailable. I received no message -I don't even know the name of the person who brought the delivery. This is a sham and probably those doing the delivery want to be paid twice. Can take a lot do better - tell customers when the delivery is coming - reminders - so they know the exact date. This is poor, terrible service. This was my first and last time. The worst part is when they marketed themselves - I received a delivery, I was called and Whatsapped - now that I fell for their marketing ploy - I receive this terrible service. Takealot does not even have an e-mail address, I had to google their number - their contact us and help page is the worst - horrible service and webiste too...
