Takealot Horrible service

Horrible service My parcel was supposed to be delivered before 4 and then before 5. I had to pay R90 delivery fee and the driver drove circles around my place and did not deliver on time. After several emails and 2 calls lasting 20min being on hold no luck. I ordered a few things on Takealot and will never recommend them again. Drivers and staff are *********** emails shows my correspondence and nothing has been done.
