Takealot Horrible Service

I bought a pair of car speakers from takealot.com months ago, and shortly after I bought them I filed a return as one of the speakers was faulty. I have not received my money back nor received a new set of speakers. It has been months now. Takealot has requested that I return the "accessories", which are *****s and little wires that are now installed in my car. I have offered to return these and have even accepted to have the faulty speakers returned to me so that I can send it back with the "accessories". They have not attempted to return anything to me. Their customer service has been completely useless. I feel like they have ****** my money as I am now sitting with no speakers and no refund. Very disappointing.
