Takealot Horrible returns/exchange service - 2 months of waiting to receive item

This business has the worst returns service. I returned a coffee machine on the 29 December 2020. on the 5 January the status of my returns/ exchanges was "received by supplier". It is now the 8 February 2021 and I have still not received my item back and they refuse to refund me,

when I call the call center, I wait on hold for 20+ minutes JUST! for a consultant to tell me they will escalate the issue. The issue has been escalated more than 5 times and nothing has changed. the status hasn't changed and the only emails I receive are emails to rate their HORRIBLE service and I don't know if they even take that to consideration.

This has been the worst Online Shopping experience of my LIFE!!!
