TAKEALOT - Horrible returns process - unhelpful staff - a complete waste of time!

Worst return experience ever. It has been over 2 months now.

I bought two cellphone covers, these were the incorrect cellphone covers for our phones.

We opened the packaging to check that it did not fit.

We logged the return and it has been over 2 months of back and forth.

They just close the tickets and refuse to help you.

THIS IS HORRIBLE SERVICE TAKEALOT.

Today I have received the same cover back with no communication.

The other cover is now magically marked as delivered with the original goods and the return now has vanished.

I have evidence of the return created and evidence that they have received it.

TAKEALOT NEEDS TO SORT THIS ISSUE OUT and provide me with a full REFUND ON MY ORDER.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
