Takealot: Horrible experiences

I ordered earphones and a portable blender early last week. What I recieved however, was a a hard drive and a Rain card !!! Okay, yes I get that mistakes happen and maybe that’s what happened here but then why is it so difficult then to return these items that I didn’t order without delaying the ones I did order from being delivered to me. Worse thing is they have a number on the website but when you call it just rings and rings with no answer.
