Takealot ********** customer service

So I bought a Mobicel bundle that included a tablet, stylus and keyboard for R1299. Paid fir my purchase and waited. When i opened the box it only had the tablet. Called in and was told they would contact me. Surprise - they didnt. Called them again and explained the situation. No manager or supervisor available. Sent an email explaining again. Got an email back that said i had to return the tab as they're out of stock of the keyboard and stylus. I said no, i want the bundle that i bought as it wasnt my fault that theres no stock and that the bundle was still advertised. They insisted and i refused. I suggested that they offer me a discount for items not received. They did, a measly R100. I refused this and said it was ridiculous! Where can you buy a keyboard and stylus for R100? Its been 7 days and the issue has not been resolved. Takealot's supervisor or manager has still not contacted me although ive asked for them to. I dont care if they make a loss with this sale, i want my bundle or a decent discount from Takealot and a manager to contact me.
