TAKEALOT HOLDS REFUND MONEY ON BLACK FRIDAY WEEKEND

Browsed for dishwashers. Touched on 2 different brands I liked. Read about the 2, then made my decision. Sadly I checked out, as i checked out I realised I forgot to DELETE one of the dishwashers prior the purchase. IMMEDIATELY, I logged a cancelllation and Called and was told that no can elation and refund can happen until the goods reach the warehouse, dispatched I said its ridiculous, it's not like u Lost a sale, I still purchased a different dishwasher. But I need my refund urgently as they now have my money for 2 dishwashers, it's Black Friday weekend, I need my extra few thousand to they holding. I was told its not going to happen. So I'm literally out of pocket for a few thousand Rand.. And they get interest on my money till they decide to refund.

I understand if I cancelled an hour or 2 later, but it was instant, they even said its only just showing on the system and still has to go to the system to pick for despatch
