Takealot holding my items hostage!

I ordered a few items from Takealot some 4 weeks ago. In that order there were books for work, toiletries and perfume which was meant to be a gift for someone and alcohol. I got a message that my order would be delayed because of covid regulations for alcohol movement. I understand that and Ive been trying to reach help because I urgently those books. Why cant I get the rest of my items and they keep the alcohol ???
